I agree with Deborah's assessment on Leoben. He's got elements of Lee (or Helo, actually, I think) that actually make him a much healthier version of himself. I think it's because this Leoben has never succumbed to the mind-fuck of New Caprica, so in many ways, he's far healthier than he ever was in canon (after that point). If I haven't told you lately, I love this story.

Thank you for getting me past the part of canon that makes me hate Leoben SO much, I almost couldn't move past it. And I'm saying this, mind, as someone who LOVES him in his own way. :)
